Onetutor will ensure in case of discontinuing the site that all lesson(s) or course(s) paid for by user(s) are completed and taught by the tutor to the student within the scheduled lesson time and day. If the student or user fails to turn up for the lesson or course at the scheduled time and day, refund will not be made by Onetutor, however, refund will be made only for the equivalent amount of uncompleted lessons or courses paid for that is scheduled for a future time which means a lesson date falling after the site has been discontinued. No interest or additional compensation will be paid.
While providing Services, Onetutor does not constantly monitor the display, transmitting and exchange of Materials, nor does Onetutor have any need to do so unless otherwise requested by the laws of applicable jurisdictions.
On the contrary, with regards to the terms of Onetutor's Privacy Policy, Onetutor has the right to oversee the Services of the Site to determine that usage complies with these Terms and applicable laws of jurisdiction.

By signing up to and registering on Onetutor for a lesson or Course, Students are in agreement to.
8.1 Students would work with Onetutor to have and maintain a positive and goal oriented online learning environment.
8.2 Respect all Students and Tutors opinions, irrespective of their cultural, religious, political and sexual orientation.
8.3 Complete tasks and assignments given by tutors on time, providing reasons in case of inability to complete the task before the lesson time .
8.4 Students should adhere to topics related to the course or lesson of study during Online Classes except Tutor agrees to redirect lesson.
8.5 Students should be Punctual at all times for Online Classes and let Onetutor know if you cannot attend a class for any reason by emailing info@onetutor.net.
8.6 Students should be objective and constructive when offering feedback to tutors after lessons or courses have been completed.
8.7 Students should turn off or keep your mobile phone on silent during Online Classes in order not to distract yourself and your Tutor(s).
8.8 Students should dress accordingly.
8.9 Students should attend Online Classes from a quiet and internet connected location, loud public location should be avoided.
8.10 Students should share any concern you may have with your Tutor related to the methodology, contents and approach adopted during lessons as well as email Onetutor on info@onetutor.net stating any concerns.
8.11 Students cannot share sensitive personal information including any form of contact details with other users and their Tutor.
8.12 Students cannot use racist, sexist, homophobic, abusive words or language that might cause offence in Online Classes or on the Course Site.
8.13 Student should not attempt to contact Tutor(s) except through the Course Site and Online Classes and to report any attempted contact by their Tutor(s) immediately to Olaleye Olufemi Adisa on +39 347 821 39 49 or email to info@onetutor.net.
8.14 Students should not post or upload anything offensive, abusive or illegal to the Course Site or Online Classes; students should not post or upload inappropriate messages, content, unauthorised advertising, promotional material or spam to Course Site or Online Classes; or make false allegations about other users.
When you tutor for Onetutor, you are in agreement to do the following.
9.1 Tutors should treat and respect all Students and their opinions, irrespective of cultural, political, religious and sexual orientation.
9.2 Tutors must demonstrate professionalism and keep professional limits at all times.
9.3 Tutors must attend lessons punctually and be prepared for all Online Classes.
9.4 Tutors should be dressed accordingly during Online Classes.
9.5 Tutors must ensure lessons are held in quiet locations with well connected internet services(not a public location ).
9.6 Tutors should let Onetutor know immediately if a Student attempts to contact you outside of the Course Site and Online Classes.

9.8 Tutors should Comply with Onetutor's policies.
9.9 Tutors must not be absent from Online Classes unless it is unavoidable. In unavoidable circumstances, kindly let Onetutor be aware with more than 24 hours’ notice by emailing support@onetutor.net.
9.10 Tutors cannot contact Students using the private messaging function in the Online Classes unless strictly necessary and related to student's lesson or course.
9.11 Tutors cannot attempt to contact Students outside of the Course Site or Online Classes at any time.
9.12 Tutors cannot share sensitive personal information including any form of contact details with Students, either using their Tutor profile or otherwise.
9.13 Tutors must get approval from Onetutor before sharing any materials with Students.
Your use of Onetutor Site, any personal information or other information about you collected by Onetutor.net through the Site (besides than the User Generated Content) is subject to Onetutor Privacy Policy.
As stated in the Terms, Onetutor Site is not designed to attract children under the age of 16, Onetutor does not Consciously collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16 unless written permission from the child's parent(s) or lawful guardian(s).

You will be required to register and create a free account with Onetutor (the "Account") in order to access certain features of the Site and Services. Billing Policy
Lesson or course fees does not include any applicable VAT or taxes, these are additional amount that must be added.
Lesson or Course fees does not include interest or instalment fees charged by the credit card company, or other fees associated with connecting to the Internet.
Onetutor guarantees that every credit card transaction you make at Onetutor is 100% safe.
Your English language course is teacher-led classes. You can always find current prices of English language course(s) or lesson(s) posted in the checkout pages and additionally on Online teacher's page of the Site.
All English language course fees are not recurring and non-refundable after your purchase. If you need to continue your language course before the end of the expiration of course time, you have to the extend your course before the expiration of the current course of study for the same terms except stated otherwise. If you do not wish to continue your English language course, you have to deactivate your account sending a written (email) or notice to Onetutor.

A free 15minute assessment trial is available to first-time users only necessary to ascertain new Student's language level and language need, Students and Tutors mutually plan Student's language goal and objectives, discussing how goals will be achieved, agreeing on time suitability for lessons as well as Student knows tutor's methodology.
Credit card, Debit card or PayPal payments
After registration, if your credit card, debit card or PayPal expires, or you have insufficient funds, or is cancelled, lost, or rendered invalid, your payment is at risk. You will be contacted and given the opportunity to change your payment instrument. If your payment is not successful again, your account access will be terminated.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Onetutor and its affiliates, partners, suppliers, and employees from any and all liability, claims, costs, or damages arising from your use of the Site or your breach of this Agreement and any of the Terms set out here.
If any part of this Agreement is considered unlawful, void or unenforceable by any arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction, this Agreement completely shall not be considerd unlawful, void or unenforceable, but only that part of this Agreement that is unlawful, void or unenforceable shall be removed from this Agreement.
You agree that if Onetutor does not exercise or enforce any legal right or remedy that is contained in the Agreement which Onetutor has the benefit of under any applicable law, this will not be considered to be a formal waiver of Onetutor’s rights and that those rights or remedies will still be available to Onetutor.
All agreements, representations and warranties, covenants made in this Agreement shall survive your acceptance of this Agreement and the termination of this Agreement.
This Agreement shows the entire understanding and agreement between you (User) and Onetutor, having precedence over all other previous agreements.
